SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates We offer free standard USPS shipping on all orders of $100 or more. Shipping on orders under $100 is calculated at checkout based on your items and delivery location.
Estimated Delivery Times Standard USPS shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery to U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take longer. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or events outside our control.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly through USPS.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@simplerituals.co within 7 days of your expected delivery date and we will do our best to make it right.
Where We Ship We ship within the United States, including U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands) and APO/FPO/DPO addresses for military personnel. We ship to P.O. boxes. We do not currently ship internationally.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return Policy We want you to love what you bring into your space. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition.
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@simplerituals.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@simplerituals.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will replace or refund damaged or defective items at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
